Mr. Kurang Panchal, with an extensive experience spread over more than 40 years in the transmission and distribution sector, is a member of the Board of Directors of Rajesh Power. He has played an important role in building the electrical goods business in the state of Gujarat for companies like 3M, ABB, Sintex Industries, Universal etc.
Rajendra Patel, Director
Mr. Rajendra Patel plays a critical role in managing the operations of the Siddhi Group. As a member of the Board, he works to drive several turnkey projects and has been instrumental in building an impressive portfolio of all the companies under the Siddhi Group.

Anish Divatia
Mr. Anish Divatia, having more than three decades unparalleled experience in T&D business, serves as the President (Technical), at Rajesh Power. Mr. Anish, with a Bachelor in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration, has been leading teams towards challenging projects like the GIS, 11kV/33kV U/G Distribution projects.
Manish Shah
Mr. Manish has been a part of the Rajesh team since 1992 and has been leading the EHV Underground Transmission division. Mr. Manish is a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and is having a vast experience in managing large scale transmission projects.
Nikita Shah
Ms. Nikita Shah, has been in the field of finance and accounts for over a decade. She has been serving as the General Manager (Finance) and Financial Controller at Rajesh Power since 2014. She is a qualified Cost Accountant and has completed her MBA (Finance) from K S School of Business Management.
Naresh Maheshwari
Mr. Naresh Maheshwari is an electrical engineer having a rich experience of 36 years in the field of generation, transmission and distribution of power networks. He has notable experience in commissioning of EHV projects, projects related to conversion from low voltage to EHV Network as well as handling of PNG projects. He is also leading the O&M division at Rajesh Power and plays a key role in the smooth operations.
Mitesh Thakkar
Mr. Mitesh Thakkar, an alumnus of the M. S. University of Baroda, has been a part of Rajesh Power since 13 years. He has been instrumental in undertaking our rural electrification projects commissioned as a part of the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojna. He has been heading the marketing division along with the overseeing the implementation of transmission projects.
Pallav Gandhi
Mr. Pallav Gandhi serves as the head of Research & Development division at Rajesh Power. He has done his BE (E&TC) from MIT, Pune and M.Tech (IA) from Nirma University. He serves as an experienced industry expert in the field of Technology & Research Electronics, Embedded Systems, Communication Technologies Product & Solution Development.
